This
service is designed to be a factory surgery or first-aid back up
service which provides the emergency inhalation, resuscitation or
analgesic equipment specifically suited to each company's individual
requirements. The equipment supplied is then maintained by the service
in optimum operating condition, throughout each year on a twenty-four
hour basis. "Twenty-four hour service" means that the equipment must be
restored to proper operating order within twenty-four hours of being
notified of its being inoperative. That is, refilled, repaired or
replaced.
Throughout each year the company provides an
undertaking to replace the equipment without charge to the customer
should it be damaged, vandalised, lost or stolen. This is done within
twenty four hours of being notified.
This all adds up to a service that provides technologically superior
equipment - simple and safe to use - backed up by a service that
ensures that the equipment is effectively maintained at all times for
which the annual charge is reasonable.
